CRM Digital Officer – Parfums Christian Dior – Milano
The position is based in our Office in Milan and part of the CRM & Digital team. The CRM & Digital Specialist will manage the following activities.
- Design & delivery of CRM communications, reports and ad hoc analysis for Dept Store and Wholesale for all the CRM features
- Ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient CRM Strategy, with a focus on growing the existing database and ensuring that the use of existing data is optimized
- Support the CRM & Digital Manager in defining and executing the CRM content strategy to drive high engagement and maintain coherence across channels
- Database management and optimization
- Be the person in charge for the activation of new CRM programs
- Be the referent for all the BC store Manager in the dept store for the CRM features
- CRM, Digital and social monitoring of competitors and e-retailers
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and passionate CRM & digital communication specialist, with previous experience in CRM and database’s management within companies
- Is required a 3 years minimum of CRM and digital experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines
- Strong project/time management skills
- Positive spirit, curiosity and outgoing attitude
- Proficiency in Adobe Campaign is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Basic of GDPR and privacy.
